Job description
Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in technical support of at least 3 years
- University degree in IT or a similar qualification;
- Solid knowledge of operating systems, networks, and software;
- Experience in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems;
- Solid knowledge in installing and configuring IT equipment (PCs, printers, switches, WIFI routers, etc.)
- Communication and teamwork skills
Job Description
- Providing technical support, resolving hardware, software, and network issues
- Installing, configuring, and updating equipment and software
- Installing and commissioning security systems according to technical specifications
- Administering Windows servers, Windows 10, 11 and Office, Bitdefender Gravity Zone, Unifi Controller, Mikrotik, etc.
- Knowledge of installation and configuration of computers, laptops, Konica Minolta printers, Honeywell, etc.
- Providing maintenance services for equipment (laptops, desktops, UPSs, routers, switches, and printers)
