Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in technical support of at least 3 years
- Degree in IT or similar field;
- Solid knowledge of operating systems, networks, and software;
- Experience in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems;
- Solid knowledge in installing and configuring IT equipment (PCs, printers, switches, routers WIFI, etc.)
- Ability to communicate and work as a team

- Providing technical support, resolving hardware, software, and network problems
- Installing, configuring, and updating equipment and software
- Installing and putting into operation security systems according to technical specifications
- Administering Windows servers, Windows 10, 11, and Office, Bitdefender Gravity Zone, Unifi Controller, Mikrotik, etc
- Knowledge of installing and configuring computers, laptops, Konica Minolta printers, Honeywell, etc
- Providing maintenance services for equipment (laptops, desktops, UPS, routers, switches, and printers)
