IT/Helpdesk Technician

We are looking for an IT/Helpdesk Technician passionate about technology and eager to provide quality technical support within our team. If you are a proactive person with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, this job might be for you.

Responsibilities:

• Provide basic technical support to users within the institution regarding the operation of
• IT equipment and standard applications.
• Manage the handover/takeover process of IT equipment (laptops, peripherals, mobile phones, etc.) to company personnel.
• Configure IT equipment for users, including installing operating systems, standard applications, antivirus, and security patches.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of IT equipment, intervening promptly in case of malfunctions or issues.
• Provide support for network connectivity, VPN access, printers, email, and other digital services.
• Monitor the operation of antivirus solutions and the application of security updates.
• Maintain records of IT equipment and technical interventions performed.
• Collaborate with the technical team for escalation of complex problems and implementation of technical solutions.

Requirements:

• Completed high school or higher education in the field of information technology, electronics, automation, or related fields.
• Technical skills in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting IT equipment are an advantage.
• Organizational and IT equipment management skills are an advantage.
• Proactive attitude, oriented towards problem-solving.
