Job description
IT Technician
You will have the following responsibilities as an IT Technician:
- -Delivery, installation, and configuration of IT equipment - PC, Laptop, All-in-One, printing devices, network devices, video projectors, etc.
- -Installation and configuration of software products - Microsoft Windows/Office, Adobe, VMWare, HyperV, Linux, etc.
- -Interconnecting equipment - Ethernet/wireless network, structured cabling.
- -Monitoring open tickets from clients
- -Training and technical support for end-users.
Profile sought:
- -Student or Graduate of a university or technical school: Information Technology and Computing, Electronics, Informatics, etc.
- -Availability for travel;
- -Good understanding of computer system architectures;
- -Organizational skills, adaptability, and flexibility;
- -Team spirit;
- -Communication skills in a foreign language: English at medium level;
- -Capacity for learning and integrating knowledge;
- -Driving license, category B.
