IT Technician

At Concelex we are looking for a colleague to help us keep things functional and organized from an IT perspective. If you enjoy solving problems, have patience with users, and wish to develop in a dynamic environment, we would love to meet you.

What you will do

• Prepare and configure IT equipment: laptops, phones, printers, and other devices.

• Administer user accounts in Microsoft 365, according to company procedures.

• Provide technical support to colleagues at the office and, occasionally, on construction sites.

• Keep track of equipment, licenses, and IT documentation.

• Update procedures, inventories, and internal reports.

• Collaborate with suppliers for requests for quotation, orders, and services.

• Monitor maintenance contracts, warranties, and technical interventions until their resolution.

What we are looking for

• Basic knowledge in Windows station administration and IT equipment configuration.

• Notions of networking and Microsoft 365.

• Studies, courses, or practical experience in a similar role.

• Desire to learn and genuine interest in the IT field.

• An organized, responsible person, attentive to details.

• Clear communication and a solution-oriented attitude.

• Ability to follow procedures and complete tasks thoroughly.

• Category B driver's license is an advantage.
