IT Technician

We are looking for a colleague with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the IT field, eager to develop professionally in a young and rapidly growing team. You will be the person ensuring the smooth operation of the IT systems in all 32 supermarkets of the network, and we want you to be an involved, organized, and solution-oriented person.
You are the ideal candidate if you have:
- Secondary/Higher education in IT or technical field;
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT technician/technical support;
- Solid knowledge of hardware, networks (LAN/WiFi), and Windows operating systems;
- Experience in maintaining cash registers, POS systems, and store equipment (scales, scanners, printers) is an advantage;
- Ability for rapid problem diagnosis and prioritization of interventions;
- Availability for travel to work locations;
- Category B driver's license.

This role ensures the uninterrupted operation of the network's IT infrastructure in stores, from sales equipment to network connections, being essential for the smooth running of daily activities at the work points.
The main activities are:
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of cash registers, POS systems, electronic scales, and barcode scanners;
- Troubleshooting hardware equipment (computers, printers, terminals) and store networks (LAN, WiFi, switches, routers);
- Providing technical support to employees in stores and at the headquarters, by phone or by traveling to the work point;
- Installation and updating of software applications used in sales and management activities;
- Monitoring video surveillance systems and security equipment in stores;
- Managing the stock of IT equipment and spare parts;
- Maintaining records of technical interventions and equipment in each location;
- Collaborating with external IT service and equipment providers;
- Implementing data backup and security measures at the store level.
