IT Technician

• High school diploma or higher education in IT (or equivalent experience).
• Solid networking knowledge: TCP/IP, VLAN, routing/switching, VPN, Wi-Fi.
• Experience in configuring and troubleshooting hardware equipment.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems (Linux - advantage).
• Experience with POS equipment and peripherals (label printers, scanners) - advantage.
• Good communication skills for remote support and working with non-technical users.
• Availability for occasional travel to locations (if applicable).

• Network administration and maintenance: switches, routers, access points, structured cabling, VPN, and connectivity between headquarters and locations.
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware equipment: computers, laptops, printers, POS equipment, label printers, and other peripherals.
• Configuration of new equipment at the office and preparing it for installation at national locations.
• Providing technical support (helpdesk) to users via WhatsApp groups and other company channels, on applications and operations.
• Diagnosing and resolving technical incidents related to network, hardware, and peripherals in a timely manner.
• Managing the IT equipment inventory and tracking their status.
• Collaborating with equipment and service providers for purchases, warranties, and interventions.
• Documenting configurations, installation procedures, and solutions to recurring incidents.
