IT Technician / Technical Support

A company based in Constanța is hiring a colleague for IT and equipment support, both for office activities and for field teams.

We are looking for someone passionate about technology, practical, and eager to learn. Advanced IT experience is not required – we are interested in you having basic knowledge, technical logic, and the willingness to get involved.

What you will do:

• technical support for colleagues;
• installation and configuration of computers, printers, and applications;
• identification and resolution of common technical problems;
• learning internal applications and providing user support;
• administration and monitoring of internal IT resources – e-mail accounts, applications and programs used within the company, accesses, licenses, and basic functioning of servers and IT services;
• supporting field teams, including by ensuring the travel of colleagues and equipment to work locations;
• occasional travel to projects outside the city, sometimes with overnight stays, depending on the needs of the activity.

• basic IT knowledge;
• passion for technology and willingness to learn;
• a responsible, organized, and solution-oriented person;
• category B driving license;
• availability for occasional travel.
