Senior IT Technician Hardware Networking & Support B2B

We are looking for an experienced colleague to become an important person in the LUQAS PC technical team.

We work with companies and institutions and have different situations to resolve daily: systems and laptops, networks, printers, servers and NAS, backups, Microsoft 365, security, remote and onsite interventions.

Therefore, we are not just looking for someone who “knows computers”. We are looking for someone who truly loves IT, who is curious, organized, seeks the root cause of a problem, and does not stop at the first solution found.

We want a colleague with practical experience, professionally mature enough to work independently, but also open enough to share what they know and help less experienced colleagues to evolve.

• practical experience of at least 5 years in technical support, IT service, administration, or a similar area;
• good experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting computers and laptops;
• good knowledge of Windows, hardware, peripherals, and printers;
• practical knowledge of networking: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, routers, switches, access points, and network problem diagnostics;
• the ability to logically analyze a problem and find its cause, not just apply standard solutions;
• to be organized and able to manage multiple interventions or tasks without losing sight of things;
• to be able to document what you have done and communicate clearly with the team and the client;
• patience and the ability to explain and pass on what you know;
• seriousness, responsibility, and attention to detail;
• driving license category B and availability for interventions at client premises.

Experience with Microsoft 365, NAS/Synology, backup solutions, IT security, or RMM platforms is an advantage.

You will diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems, install and configure computers, laptops, printers, network equipment, and other IT solutions, and provide support to our clients both remotely and at their premises.

You will also participate in the implementation of our IT projects, not just in one-off interventions. Sometimes it may involve installing a workstation, other times configuring a network, implementing a backup solution, or resolving a problem that requires investigation and experience.

An important part of the role is also collaboration with other colleagues. We want your experience to contribute to the team's growth, including by explaining solutions and supporting less experienced colleagues.
