Responsibilities:

· installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment (computers, printers, networks, routers, switches);

· providing technical support to users, on-site and remotely;

. taking requests from colleagues and helping to resolve common problems with computers, applications, printers, and other peripherals.

· providing support for Windows, email, Teams, and other applications used within the company.

· mounting, configuration, and maintenance of security systems: video surveillance (CCTV), anti-burglary alarm, access control, intercom systems;

· diagnosing and repairing hardware and software malfunctions;

Requirements:

· secondary or higher education with a technical profile (IT, electronics, electrical engineering);

· networking knowledge (TCP/IP, router configuration, DVR/NVR);

· category B driver's license;

· seriousness, practical skills, availability for field travel.

Considered an advantage:

· professional certificate for security systems according to law;

· experience with [Hikvision, Dahua, Paradox etc.] equipment.
