Job Description
- maintenance of IT hardware equipment (computers, printers, various peripherals);
- installation and configuration of Windows operating systems, drivers, and related applications;
- keeping software up-to-date and upgraded on all IT equipment;
- maintaining and updating the inventory of all IT equipment;
- basic testing and diagnosis of IT equipment, peripherals, UPSs;
- basic testing and diagnosis of network infrastructure.




Job Requirements
- knowledge in installing and maintaining computers and peripherals;
- detailed knowledge of the Windows operating system;
- knowledge of network topology and minimal configuration of network equipment;
- technical knowledge about IT products in general;


Advantageous Qualifications
- additional knowledge related to server maintenance;
- additional knowledge of Linux operating systems;
- experience in IT administration and service;
- references regarding IT equipment administration activity;
- higher education in the IT field;
- other specialized courses.
