IT Technician – Quoting, Assembly, Diagnosis, and PC Configuration

• Minimum 3 years of experience in PC assembly, diagnosis, and service
• Solid hardware knowledge (components, compatibilities, platforms, and architectures)
• Experience or genuine interest in quoting and technical consulting – ability to transform a client's requirement into a correct configuration and quote
• Ability to follow market trends and component prices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and email
• Ability to read technical specifications in English
• Clear communication with clients and colleagues, attention to detail, organization, and responsibility

• Networking, server, or storage knowledge
• IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco etc.)
• Experience in quoting for companies or in public tenders

• Analyzing requests received from clients and identifying real needs (usage, performance, budget)
• Creating custom configurations and technical-commercial offers for PCs, workstations, servers, and IT equipment
• Verifying component compatibility, availability, and prices with suppliers
• Proposing alternatives and optimized solutions (upgrades, budget-dependent options)
• Technical support for the sales team in preparing offers and responding to client inquiries
• Participating in the preparation of technical documentation for projects and public tenders (SEAP/SICAP)

• Assembling and configuring desktop/PC systems to order, according to client specifications
• Installing and configuring operating systems, drivers, and applications
• Diagnosing hardware and software faults, troubleshooting, and testing components
• Upgrading existing systems (processor, RAM, storage, graphics card etc.)
• Final testing and quality verification of equipment before delivery
