What we are looking for in you:
- Proven experience in administering Windows Server and Linux (basic level)
- Knowledge in configuring and administering UniFi equipment, VPN connections, and Synology/FreeNAS solutions
- Experience with backup solutions and automating backup processes
- Abilities in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting mail servers/Exchange/Cpanel and WHM
- Knowledge of Active Directory and DNS Configuration
- Advanced understanding of network concepts and equipment (implementation, configuration, optimization)
- Experience in structured cabling and cable management
- Abilities in documentation and ticketing (GLPI, OTRS, or similar)
- Driving license category B
Job Description
Responsibilities / Realizations
What we offer:
- Administration and maintenance of IT infrastructure
- Daily administration of Windows and Linux servers, including updates, patches, and performance optimizations.
- Monitoring system status and proactive interventions to prevent incidents.
- Network administration and security
- Configuring and maintaining network equipment (UniFi, switches, routers) and VPN connections.
- Monitoring network traffic, analyzing logs, and remedying vulnerabilities. Storage and backup management
- Administration of NAS solutions (Synology/FreeNAS) and implementing efficient backup policies.
- Automating backup processes and periodic testing of data restoration.
- Administration of email servers and web platforms Maintenance for email servers (Exchange, cPanel/WHM) and troubleshooting delivery, filtering, or access issues.
- User support and internal security
- Implementation and documentation Participation in IT project implementation (upgrades, migrations, new services).
- Documentation of procedures and technical architecture for internal audit and knowledge transfer.
- Participation in structured cabling work
- Monitoring client infrastructure through Nagios and intervening at incidents.
