IT Infrastructure Technician Level 2

• Provide support in managing IT infrastructure and resolving technical issues;
• Ensure good functioning and security of servers and IT systems for the company;
• Receive requests from service desk or other operational teams;
• Provide support to international colleagues and collaborate with other teams;
• Verify and prioritize requests/problems based on importance and resolve them;
• Maintain updated and protected systems against security vulnerabilities.
