Tehnician IT Infrastructura Level 2

• Provide support in German for IT infrastructure management and technical problem-solving;
• Ensure the good functioning and security of company servers and IT systems;
• Receive requests from service desk or other operational teams;
• Provide support to international colleagues and collaborate with other teams;
• Verify and prioritize requests/problems based on importance and resolve them;
• Maintain updated and protected systems against security vulnerabilities.
