IT Technician / Helpdesk & Networking

We are looking for a colleague for the position of IT Technician, who will provide technical support to users and ensure the smooth operation of IT equipment and infrastructure.

• Network administration and maintenance: switches, routers, access points, structured cabling, VPN and connectivity between headquarters and locations;
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware equipment: computers, laptops, printers, label printers, and other peripherals;
• Configuration of new equipment at the office and preparation for installation in locations across the country;
• Providing technical support (Helpdesk) to users through the ticketing system and other company support channels, for the applications and operations used;
• Diagnosing and resolving in a timely manner technical incidents related to the network, hardware, and peripherals;
• Managing the IT equipment inventory and tracking their status;
• Collaborating with equipment and service providers for purchases, warranties, and interventions;
• Documenting configurations, installation procedures, and solutions for recurring incidents.

We are looking for someone with strong technical orientation, organized, and capable of communicating effectively with both the IT team and non-technical users.

• High school or higher education in IT or equivalent professional experience;
• Basic networking knowledge: TCP/IP, VLAN, routing/switching, VPN, and Wi-Fi;
• Experience in configuring and troubleshooting hardware equipment;
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems administration and usage; knowledge of Linux is an advantage;
• Helpdesk knowledge and experience with ticketing systems;
• Microsoft Office knowledge and basic application usage;
• Category B driver's license;
• English language knowledge;
• Good communication skills, necessary for providing remote support and interacting with non-technical users.
