Ideal Candidate

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Telecommunications is an advantage;

- Minimum 1 year in an IT Administrator position in a medium-sized company;

- ITIL knowledge; IT Operating Systems;

- Hardware and software knowledge;

- MS Office, ERP, HRIS knowledge;

- English language knowledge - intermediate

- Good communication and interpersonal skills;

- Efficient, responsible, proactive person;

- Ability to organize and plan activities;

Job Description

- Responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of the plant's network, system infrastructure, and security, including performing configuration and installation activities, documentation, administration, and maintenance of IT systems, databases, network hardware and software, and associated peripherals.

- Monitors and controls the IT infrastructure and services, including daily routine tasks related to the operation of infrastructure components and applications, such as editing logs and operating reports, as well as timely and reliable Management facilities.

- Performs service activities, including event management and access control, fulfilling service requirements to ensure efficient and effective delivery of IT services.

- Prepares, communicates, and reviews IT KPIs and consequently defines plans for continuous improvement of processes, procedures, and systems to meet the objectives of the IT Department and the company.

- Complies with EHS quality and systems requirements. Complies with corporate values, code of conduct, and confidentiality agreement.
