IT Technician / Building Administrator MedEuropa Bistrița

Job Description
1. Ensures the functioning of the IT equipment in the clinic (workstations, printers, network equipment, surveillance cameras, medical equipment with digital components)
2. Provides first-level support to users (network connection issues, printing, basic software updates)
3. Installs and configures Windows operating systems and common applications (Office, antivirus, internal medical applications)
4. Monitors the local network and internet connections – reports malfunctions to IT service providers.
Administrative-Technical Field:
1. Ensures the proper functioning of installations and fixed assets in the clinic (plumbing, air conditioning, ventilation, heating, etc.)
2. Daily checks the status of essential equipment (boilers, chillers, pumps, air handling units, electrical panels)
3. Responds promptly to staff requests for troubleshooting and contacts service companies when necessary
4. Coordinates preventive maintenance activities and monitors the planning of revisions
5. Supervises work performed by contractors (repairs, maintenance, cleaning);
6. Manages the stock of spare parts and technical consumables.
Company Description
The Affidea MedEuropa Bistrița Radiotherapy Clinic is scheduled to begin operations in the Fall of 2026 and is one of the 7 oncology-focused clinics in the Affidea MedEuropa network existing in Romania.
On May 24, 2018, the first MedEuropa radiotherapy center was inaugurated, located in Constanța, and over six years of operation, new radiotherapy and medical oncology clinics have been opened in Bucharest, Oradea, Brașov, Iași, and Bacău. Since 2024, the MedEuropa clinic network has been part of the Affidea group.
The clinics operate on a day-hospital basis and utilize state-of-the-art equipment for treating oncological patients, offering radiotherapy and medical oncology services, 100% free, through a CAS contract, as well as psychological and nutritional counseling services.
