IT Technician / Facility Administrator MedEuropa Bacău

IT Field (internal technical support)
1. Ensures the functionality of the IT equipment in the clinic (workstations, printers, network equipment, surveillance cameras, medical equipment with digital components)
2. Provides first-level support to users (network connection issues, printing, basic software updates)
3. Installs and configures Windows operating systems and common applications (Office, antivirus, internal medical applications)
4. Monitors the local network and internet connections – reports malfunctions to IT service providers

Administrative-Technical Field:
1. Ensures the proper functioning of the installations and fixed assets in the clinic (sanitary, air conditioning, ventilation, heating, etc.)
2. Daily checks the status of essential equipment (boilers, chillers, pumps, air handling units, electrical panels)
3. Responds promptly to staff requests for troubleshooting and contacts service companies when necessary
4. Coordinates preventive maintenance activities and monitors the planning of inspections
5. Supervises work performed by contractors (repairs, maintenance, sanitation);
6. Manages the stock of spare parts and technical consumables.
