Job description
Ideal Candidate
It is essential for the person who will join our IT team to have:
- Minimal IT knowledge, both software and hardware
- Attention to detail, rigor, organization, correctness, responsibility
- Synthesis ability, adaptability, team spirit, stress resistance, optimal time management
- Development ability and desire, involvement
- Completed high school studies
- Customer and problem-solving orientation
- Availability for shift work
- Communication skills in Romanian
- Category B driving license, minimum 2 years of experience
Considered an advantage:
- At least 1 year of experience in similar positions
- Experience in the HoReCa sector (Hospitality industry: Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes)
- Intermediate English level
Job Description
Provide specialized IT support to users, by phone and/or on-site interventions, for incident resolution
Shift work to ensure the 24/7 support model (each shift is 8 hours, 12 hours on weekends by rotation)
Responsibilities:
Handling requests and providing technical assistance to the Company's clients (email, phone, ticket registration and monitoring), both from the office and at client locations (Bucharest area and country-wide)
Fiscal printer service
Maintaining service quality within the terms agreed with the client (SLAs)
