Bergerat Monnoyeur, Caterpillar dealer in Romania, is hiring an Electromechanic Technician for on-site interventions. The positions are within the Caterpillar equipment division. Conditii de ocupare: Medium technical studies specializing in electromechanics or industrial mechanics; Good knowledge of mechanics, electricity/electronics, and hydraulics – for the equipment division; Experience and knowledge in electro-mechanical field for at least 2 years (workshop or site); Knowledge of operating PC (Word, Excel, and specific programs); Minimum knowledge of English language – technical domain; Punctuality, adaptability, high level of initiative; Attitude oriented towards client, professional correctness, rigor; Good organizational capacity; Driving license category B; Availability for displacements in the allocated area (maximum 2-3 hours to and from); Work schedule Monday - Friday, 08.00 - 17.00 with a 1-hour lunch break.

Job description: Performs on-site activities such as repair, revision, and maintenance of equipment (mechanical, electric, and hydraulic – for equipment); Diagnoses the technical state and realizes anomaly analyses; Identifies replacement parts necessary for interventions; Realizes put-into-service and expertise; Prepares intervention reports after each work mission (in electronic format); Studies specialized literature, permanently improving professional abilities, has access to technical documentation in electronic format and diagnostic interface; Participates annually in inventory of spare parts and tools from the equipment; Maintains a good relationship with the client.
