Audio-Video Equipment Installation Technician (B2B)

Responsibilities:

• Installation and commissioning of audio-video equipment and systems;
• Mounting and configuration of equipment at client premises;
• Installation and connection of televisions, professional displays, video projectors, video conferencing systems, and audio equipment;
• Performing cabling and connection of audio-video and network equipment;
• Configuration and testing of installed systems;
• Identifying and resolving technical issues;
• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance work;
• Interventions at client premises for diagnosis and incident resolution;
• Adhering to technical instructions and installation standards;
• Documenting work and completing intervention reports;
• Collaborating with the technical team and client representatives to finalize projects.

Requirements:

• Experience in a technical role is an advantage;
• Basic knowledge in the field of audio-video equipment;
• Technical dexterity and ability to work with specific tools and equipment;
• Basic knowledge of cabling and equipment connection;
• Ability to identify and resolve technical problems;
• Attention to detail and orientation towards quality of work;
• Category B driving license;
• Availability for travel to clients;
• Seriousness, punctuality, and responsibility;
• Good communication and client relationship skills.

Constitutes an advantage:

• Experience in installing professional audio-video systems;
• Experience with video conferencing and presentation systems;
• Knowledge of networking and connectivity;
• Experience in installing displays, video projectors, and sound systems;
• Experience in configuring systems for meeting/conference rooms.
