Job description
We are looking for a talented Technician / Engineer to join our technical department of offer. If you are passionate about technology, innovation and want to be part of a dynamic team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Requirements:
Higher technical studies:
Techincal knowledge in the field of construction or general equipment;
General knowledge about electrical/ naval/ sanitary equipment;
Experience in the technical department of offer constitutes an advantage;
Knowledge of using the Electronic System for Public Procurement (SEAP/SICAP);
Knowledge of software: MS Office (Excel, Word), program development - represents an advantage.
Good planning skills;
Good relationship skills with colleagues, suppliers, and beneficiaries;
Knowledge of the English language.
Description of the job:
Identifying products requested by beneficiaries through internet search or contacting suppliers on an internal and external plan;
Preliminary preparation of technical-economic offers based on projects, beneficiary requirements, and technical documentation;
Studying technical documentation and elaborating qualification documents, technical offer, and financial offer for tenders together with people involved in the bidding process;
Maintaining relationships with beneficiaries;
Elaborating technical qualification documents necessary for construction works;
A motivating salary package.
