Helpdesk Technician

Qwerty Solutions is hiring an IT Helpdesk Technician with the following responsibilities:

- Installs/reinstalls/manages operating systems, equipment, and applications

- Resolves issues reported by users within the scope of their competence level

- Provides user support in the use of computing technology

- Receives requests from users via phone and email

- Intervenes physically at the client's premises to troubleshoot problems, when necessary

- Documents activities performed in the ticketing system

Requirements:

- Knowledge of the Microsoft Windows suite; Microsoft Office

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory

- Basic understanding of networking concepts

- Passionate about technology, eager to learn new things

- English language written and spoken - conversational level
