Facility Technician

What you need to do:

• Ensure the diagnosis and maintenance of building equipment (air compressors, pumping stations, HVAC system, air curtains, radiant tubes);
• Implement the preventive maintenance plan for building equipment;
• Maintain collaboration with utility contractors (air conditioning systems, fire prevention, repairs, etc.);
• Monitor contractor activities and ensure specifications are met;
• Supervise activities for all types of repairs;
• React to all building or utility emergencies;
• Perform minor repairs when needed;
• Perform connections of machinery and work equipment to utilities (electrical power, compressed air, water, nitrogen, vacuum).

What we want to find:

• General knowledge of electricity, mechanics, locksmithing;
• 2-3 years of experience in equipment service and/or maintenance;
• Seriousness, discipline, organization, responsibility;
• Technical profile graduate;
• Availability for a 2-shift work schedule
