Main Responsibilities:

• Installation, maintenance, and repair of espresso machines according to company standards;
• Diagnostics and efficient resolution of technical problems;
• Regular inspections to ensure the correct functioning of equipment;
• Counseling clients on the maintenance and proper use of espresso machines;
• Tight collaboration with management team to ensure a high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in installing and maintaining espresso machines;
• Solid knowledge of mechanics and electricity;
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
• Able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team;
• Flexibility and availability for variable working hours, including weekends and holidays.
