Job Description: Barista Technician

Main Responsibilities:

• Installing, maintaining, and repairing coffee machines according to company standards;
• Diagnostics and efficient resolution of technical problems;
• Performing regular inspections to ensure the correct functioning of equipment;
• Advising clients on proper maintenance of coffee machines;
• Closely collaborating with management team to ensure an efficient and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in technical field, preferably in coffee machine service;
• Solid knowledge of mechanics and electricity;
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
• Able to work independently and as part of a team;
• Flexibility and availability for variable work schedule, including weekends and holidays.
