Electromechanic Technician - Utilities

Kulzer SRL is a German company that is now part of the Japanese group Mitsui Chemicals. Kulzer established a new subsidiary in Romania in 2013. In 2014, several production lines were transferred to the new factory in Sacalaz.

We produce medical materials used in dental cabinets and dentistry techniques.

Responsibilitiesi

·      Supervise and ensure the functioning of building networks and utilities.

·      Performs preventive and corrective maintenance work on equipment, utilities, and installations.

·      Proposes and identifies necessary spare parts, improvement solutions.

·      Intervenes in case of failures, remedies, and reports interventions.

·      Completes correct and on-time required documents.

·      Maintains contact with some service providers and supervises their activities.

·      Identifies causes of defects and proposes solutions for resolution.

Requirements:

·      Minimum 5 years of experience in operating and maintaining industrial equipment and installations, such as: HVAC systems, compressed air, vacuum, deionized water/osmosis, sanitary installations, fire detection and alarm systems, electrical installations.

·      Basic knowledge of computer use, email, and MS-Office.

·      Secondary education in a technical field (mechanic, electromechanic, electric);

·      Practical skills and knowledge in technical fields: mechanic, hydraulic, pneumatic, electric.

·      Ability to interpret technical specifications, find solutions for defects in respective installations.

·      Correct interpretation of electrical diagrams, use of measurement and control instruments - basic level.

·      Understanding of the principles of operation of a mechanical or automated equipment.

·      Availability for activities outside regular working hours.
