Responsibilities:

• Developing capabilities to use cutting-edge technologies in production and being responsible for these
• Setting parameters for equipment in production
• Actively participating in installing and putting into operation equipment
• Ensuring the respect and optimization of the production process over the long term, using advanced technological standards
• Establishing and executing preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance
• Leading teams of external suppliers and participating in necessary regulations for equipment and installations to achieve set parameters
• Interventions for identifying and remedying defects in production installations
• Performing complex operations regarding assembling and repairing equipment in the production space
• Actively participating in installing and putting into operation equipment
• Instructing operators and personnel involved in maintenance, for the system delivered
• Identifying and recommending changes or improvements to the production process – improving productivity on production lines
• Following up on applying proposed actions and communicating with people involved
• Participating, together with the constructor, in necessary regulations for equipment and installations to achieve set parameters

Job Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have:

• Able to work in a team
• Middle school or specialized studies completed, or specialization course in one of the fields: electrician technician, electromechanic technician, automation technician, etc.
• Previous experience in production – knowledge of technological processes, equipment, and/or systems of automation represents an advantage
• Computer operation skills
• Knowledge of the English language at a minimum level or conversational
• Availability for work shifts
• A person who is methodical, rigorous, and able to understand a process at the production flow level.
