Production Equipment Development Technician

Requirements:

• Middle studies
• Techincal drawing knowledge
• Communication, collaboration, organization skills
• Knowledge about tools and materials necessary for construction of platforms and workstations
• Ordered, disciplined, attention to detail, and distribution-oriented, with a focus on client and results.
• Work experience is required; having worked in the automotive, sheet metalworking, or woodworking industry constitutes an advantage.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Optimizing workspaces and processes
• Maintaining the 6S system in the area of responsibility
• Constructing and assembling work platforms
• Assembling workbenches
• Reading technical drawings
• Identifying necessary supports for constructing a work platform and transmitting the requirement to the direct superior.
• Verifying the stock of spare parts and ensuring the minimum stock level by transmitting the requirement to the direct superior
• Machining, finishing, grinding, or cutting components made of wood, aluminum, steel, stainless steel, etc.
• Taking care of tools in the area of responsibility, requesting new tools or replacing damaged ones from the direct superior
