Debug Technician

Our company is looking for a passionate and dedicated Debug Technician to join our technical team. If you are a proactive person with great attention to detail and a passion for solving technical problems, then this role might be right for you.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying and diagnosing technical defects and product non-conformities arising from the production process;
• Analyzing the causes of problems of an electrical, electronic, mechanical, or functional nature, depending on the product;
• Performing debugging, adjustment, repair, and component replacement operations, where necessary;
• Testing products after intervention to confirm correct operation and adherence to specified parameters;
• Using measurement equipment and tools to identify and verify defects;
• Documenting identified defects, their causes, and the implemented solutions;
• Collaborating with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to resolve recurring issues;
• Contributing to the identification of causes and the implementation of measures to prevent defects from reoccurring;
• Adhering to internal work procedures, quality requirements, and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Technical studies – electrical, electronic, electromechanical, mechanical profile, or similar;
• Experience in a debugging, testing, repair, maintenance, or production role is an advantage;
• Good knowledge of electrical/electronics and the ability to interpret technical schematics;
• Ability to use measurement devices and instruments;
• Good analytical and diagnostic capacity for technical problems;
• Technical dexterity and high attention to detail;
• Quality and problem-solving orientation;
• Ability to work both independently and in a team;
• Availability to learn the company's specific products and processes.
