Job description
Responsibilities
• Proven ability to diagnose and quickly intervene in technical defects, as well as to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities according to established schedules.
• Practical experience in maintenance of production equipment, covering mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic fields; experience in the automotive industry or connector production
• Knowledge of specific production line processes, including setting up, adjusting, and starting equipment safely and in compliance with process parameters.
• Knowledge of connector manufacturing processes (crimping, assembly, cutting, testing)
• Responsibility and autonomy in managing the assigned area, including tracking the stock of spare parts and necessary consumables.
• Skills in using specific measurement and testing equipment for the field: multimeter, manometer, clamp meter, and others relevant to maintenance activities.
Qualifications
• Completed technical secondary studies – technological high school or vocational school, with an electrical, mechanical, mechatronic profile, or equivalent
• Basic knowledge in PC operation and in managing maintenance documentation: intervention reports, technical sheets, equipment history
• Proactive attitude, oriented towards identifying and implementing solutions; ability to prioritize interventions based on their impact on production.
• Openness and commitment to continuous professional development, including participation in internal training, technical instruction, and field-specific certifications
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, electrical, and pneumatic schematics
• Operational flexibility and willingness to act in an operator role when the situation requires it, while respecting work instructions, process parameters, and current quality standards.
• Availability for shift work, including night shifts, overtime in case of technical emergencies or upon justified request from production
