Temperature Control Technician Refrigeration Engineer

For a client, a multinational company, we are recruiting a Temperature Control Technician, Refrigeration Engineer

Job Purpose

Ensures the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial air conditioning equipment, guaranteeing thermal performance and continuity of client operations.

Main Responsibilities / Tasks

• Performs preventive and corrective maintenance for chillers, AHUs, pumps, and auxiliary systems.
• Participates in the installation and commissioning of TC equipment.
• Diagnoses and rectifies refrigeration malfunctions.
• Performs brazing, vacuuming, and leak detection.
• Manages and completes F-gas registers.
• Recovers and handles refrigerants safely.
• Completes intervention reports and technical documentation.
• Collaborates with Power and Depot teams on joint projects.

Required Qualifications

• Technical studies (refrigeration, HVAC, mechanics).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in refrigeration systems.
• F-gas certification – an advantage.
• Basic PC operating skills.
• English language – intermediate level.
• Category B driving license.
• Availability for travel in Eastern Europe.

• Availability of TC equipment.
• Reduction of refrigerant losses (F-gas leakage).
• First Time Fix Rate.
• Zero Lost Time Injuries (LTI) and zero HSE incidents.

Reporting

Daily, weekly, monthly, or whenever requested.
