Quality Technician in 4 shifts

We are recruiting a Quality Technician for one of our clients, a manufacturer of components for the automotive industry, on a determined period of 6 months.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding the product flow and manufacturing process for the entire panel.
• Ensuring the existence of necessary documentation before starting activity.
• Reviewing assembly drawings and technical documentation (BOM, work instructions).
• Verifying SMT and THT assemblies according to IPC A-610 standard.
• Performing initial inspections of the product (start-up changes).
• Identifying, communicating, and escalating quality issues or discrepancies in documentation.
• Conducting LPA, ESD, and 5S audits.
• Applying company procedures regarding Quality, SSM, PSI, Continuous Improvement, and Defect Management.

Requirements:

• Middle school technical studies graduate;
• Minimum 2 years of experience on a similar position in electronics;
• Familiarity with IPC A-610 standards is an advantage;
• Attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to respect strict procedures;
• Availability to work 4 shifts;
• Immediate availability for hire.
