We are seeking someone with a desire to learn and evolve professionally; general technical aptitudes and inclination towards practical activities; driving license category B (with at least 1 year of experience without incidents); good organizational, planning, and multitasking skills; medium-level knowledge of operating PC; availability for travel to partner locations; experience in the vending industry is an advantage; ability to work efficiently both individually and as part of a team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Studying technical files and user manuals for equipment;
• Preliminary preparation of vending machines for installation at locations;
• Installing vending machines at client locations, using necessary equipment;
• Maintenance of existing equipment; periodic maintenance;
• Interventions at client locations to repair defects;
• Diagnostics, repairs, and timely verification of equipment with problems;
• Handling complaints: receipt, solution, and follow-up.
