Tehnical Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Launch in production of new projects following internal and customer milestones;
• Create and maintain the project documentation (support production in pre-serial phase + 3 to 6 months after SOP);
• Coordination of multi-disciplinary project team (engineering, quality, logistics, production, etc.);
• Interface and communication between Engineering Center (HQ) and Production facility (Romania)
• Support of the P-FMEA in the multi-disciplinary project team;
• Project risk evaluation and control;
• Pro-active weekly reporting to Head of Project Management;
• Coordinate activities for production of pre-serial, test, 0 series, process prepare for serial;
• Continuous improvement and cost reduction activities in the launch phase;
• Manage changes to the project scope, projects schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques;
• Coordinate internal/external resources for the flawless execution of the projects;
• Implementation and control of product changes in the launch phase.

Requirement:

• Degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, production and process engineering);
• At least 3 years of working experience in the automotive field, process, quality;
• Experience in Project Management, strong knowledge of APQP methodology, PPAP base knowledge is a plus;
• SAP knowledges;
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Project);
• Active knowledge of English (spoken & written);
• Open-minded person, proactive and goal-oriented approach;
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
