Senior Maintenance Technician

The daily work of the senior maintenance technician focuses on ensuring the operability and efficiency of automatic production lines. This professional is responsible for the maintenance and fine-tuning of machinery in packaging lines, which include filling, capping, labeling, cartoning, and cellophane wrapping processes. The execution of preventive and corrective tasks is fundamental to minimize unplanned downtime and ensure production continuity. Furthermore, they are in charge of diagnosing faults, detecting and repairing mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical incidents in the various plant equipment. Active supervision of line operation during the shift is another of their key responsibilities, which involves meticulous recording of all actions performed. Collaboration in continuous improvement projects, especially those aimed at reducing downtime and validating new machines or processes, also forms part of their duties. Organization and regulatory compliance are essential pillars of the position. This includes ensuring fluid and effective communication between different work shifts, maintaining order and cleanliness at the workstation, and ensuring rigorous compliance with all established standards regarding quality, occupational risk prevention, and industrial safety. The role demands constant attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously and in a team to effectively resolve complex technical problems. The position offers job stability through a permanent full-time contract, within a dynamic and collaborative work environment. The gross annual remuneration is in a salary range between 27,000 and 35,000 euros, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
