Among its main functions will be: - The execution of preventive, corrective, and operational tasks in both air conditioning and electrical installations of different buildings: AFS networks, Domestic Hot Water (DHW) and Fire Prevention Systems (PCI), cooling towers, hot water production boilers, refrigeration plants, heat pumps, air conditioning units, ventilation networks and primary air treatment, electrical installations, etc. We offer: - Permanent Contract. - Continuous Training. - Vehicle. Requirements -Vocational Training: Technician in Assembly and Maintenance of Cold, Air Conditioning, and Heat Production Installations, Electrical and Automatic Installations, or professional experience and/or equivalent qualification (such as professional certificates). - Residence in Lanzarote is essential. Other qualifications to be valued: - Installer's certificate for thermal installations in buildings (RITE) - Electrician installer's certificate - Accreditative certificate of competence for handling equipment with refrigeration systems of any charge of fluorinated refrigerants. - Course for the hygienic-sanitary maintenance of installations with a risk of legionella. - Basic Course in Occupational Risk Prevention. - Complementary knowledge in the following areas: *Low, medium, and high power refrigeration equipment *Burners of different types of fuel *Regulation, air conditioning, heating, DHW systems, etc. * Electricity and plumbing * Hydraulic systems * Electric and oxy-acetylene welding - OSH Training: agreement training, working at heights, aerial work platforms, etc. Additional Information As an inclusive company, Veolia is committed to diversity and values all applications without discrimination.
