Maintenance Technician

The professional will be responsible for ensuring the operability and efficiency of industrial equipment and facilities. Among their main functions is the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance programs, following established plans to minimize unplanned downtime. They will also need to perform a detailed analysis of breakdowns that occur, identifying root causes and proposing technical and preventive improvements to avoid their recurrence, thus contributing to the continuous optimization of production processes.
The position requires providing direct assistance to production lines, responding promptly to incidents and supporting new installations and start-ups. Likewise, efficient communication is essential, documenting and reporting all work performed in the corresponding system to maintain an updated history. They will also be responsible for training operators in the basic handling of equipment and verifying its correct functioning after any maintenance intervention. The management of the work area is another key aspect, including control of the stock of spare parts, tools, and necessary materials, as well as maintaining order and organization in the maintenance area to ensure safety and effectiveness in interventions. This role is fundamental to sustaining productivity and quality in the industrial environment, ensuring that all machinery operates within the expected safety and performance parameters. The company offers a direct and stable contract. The work schedule is rotating, covering morning and afternoon shifts from Monday to Friday. The final salary will be determined during the selection process, based on the candidate's experience and merit.
