Job description
A professional is sought to perform maintenance tasks in a company in the textile sector located in Lliçà d’Amunt. The functions include preventive maintenance, such as greasing, filter changes, and replacement of wear parts, as well as corrective maintenance: breakdown diagnosis and replacement of components such as sensors, resistors, bearings, valves and pneumatic cylinders, encoders, drives and motors. Adjustments and modifications will also be made for reference changes, guide adjustments, sprocket changes, and format parts. The ability to design in Fusion 360 and use 3D printing with a Bambulab X1 Carbon printer will be valued. Other responsibilities include organizing the spare parts warehouse, contributing to the continuous improvement of production lines and optimizing electrical panels, identifying cables and components, as well as developing electrical schematics according to the level. The contract is for a full-time position, 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday in the afternoon shift, from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with legally established breaks.
