Job description
A maintenance position is offered for a hotel in the Illetas area. The main tasks include the execution of the annual preventive maintenance plan for the facilities, as well as ensuring that external companies carry out general maintenance: gardening, air conditioning, boilers, and elevators. You will also be responsible for managing documentation, records, service reports, and the control of entries and exits. Other usual tasks will include controlling the stock of tools and spare parts, in addition to functions specific to the position. The contract is full-time, with 40 hours per week distributed from Monday to Sunday. The shift is in the afternoon, from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, respecting the rest periods established by law.
