- You will track and control orders and repairs, ensuring compliance with established deadlines and correct coordination of associated activities.
- You will control execution times and monitor incidents, identifying potential deviations and proposing preventive actions to minimize operational risks.
- You will manage and coordinate with suppliers, internal clients, and external clients, ensuring fluid communication and adequate follow-up of service needs.
- You will update, maintain, and analyze reports and key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring the availability and reliability of information for decision-making.
- You will provide support for continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating in the identification, implementation, and monitoring of actions aimed at optimizing processes and results.
- Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum intermediate vocational training studies
- Advanced English (B2/C1)
- Valuable Requirements:
- Experience in Excel and SAP
