Junior Quality Control Technician

Job Description In the Junior Quality Control Technician position, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our kiwi and raspberry products from farm to table. Your main tasks will include: * Conducting regular inspections of farms and production facilities to ensure compliance with quality standards. * Developing and implementing quality control procedures to minimize defects and improve product quality. * Collaborating with farmers and production teams to identify and address any quality issues. * Maintaining accurate records of quality control activities and results. * Participating in training sessions and workshops to stay up-to-date on the latest quality control techniques and best practices. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., agricultural science, food technology). * 1-2 years of experience in quality control or a related field. * Strong understanding of quality control principles and procedures. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Willingness to travel regularly to farms and production facilities.
