IT Data Center Technician

We are looking for individuals with an interest in the IT field to work in a data center, carrying out tasks related to support, maintenance, and management of technological infrastructure. The position combines technical systems work with direct equipment handling in a dynamic and operational environment. Daily duties include: diagnosis and resolution of system and hardware incidents, installation and replacement of components, incident management using ticketing tools, execution of preventive and corrective maintenance, and quality verification in IT processes. A background in Informatics, Systems, or similar (Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training, ASIR, etc.), an intermediate level of English for work use, and a personal vehicle to access the center are required.
