Instrumentation Technician III

The Sucuriú Project marks the entry of Arauco's cellulose division into Brazil. The US$4.6 billion investment includes the construction of a plant with a production capacity of 3.5 million tons of short fiber cellulose per year. It is located in an area of 3,500 hectares, 50 kilometers from the city center of Inocência (MS) and alongside the Sucuriú River. The land preparation stage began in 2024 and the expected operational entry date is by the end of 2027. In all development stages of the Project, it will be necessary to have a team of professionals with expertise in instrumentation, automation, and control systems, as well as experience in the pulp and paper industry. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Instrumentation Engineering or related field, with at least 5 years of experience in the same area. The candidate must also have knowledge of programming languages such as Python, C++, and Java, as well as experience with automation systems like SCADA, DCS, and PLC. Additionally, the candidate should be familiar with industrial control systems, including those based on Siemens SIMATIC, Allen-Bradley RSLogix, and ABB AC500. The ideal candidate will also have experience in the implementation of instrumentation projects, including the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of measurement and control systems. Furthermore, the candidate should be able to work in a team environment, with good communication skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining instrumentation systems for the Sucuriú Project, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
