Job description
Technician for electromechanical maintenance in industrial facilities. Tasks include performing preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery, both for mechanical and electrical breakdowns. Electromechanical problems will be diagnosed and resolved, replacing and adjusting components such as motors, gearboxes, bearings, sensors, contactors, variable speed drives, or automation elements. Inspections, adjustments, and fine-tuning of equipment will also be carried out, verifying their operation and recording interventions according to maintenance and safety procedures. Vocational Training (Higher Level) in Electromechanical Maintenance, Industrial Mechatronics, Industrial Automation and Robotics, or similar is required. It is necessary to have a valid forklift and overhead crane license, obtained within the last five years. Furthermore, demonstrable experience in electromechanical maintenance in industrial environments is valued. The contract is temporary, with a duration of six months and the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position. The workday is full-time, with rotating shifts of morning (from 06:00 to 14:00 hours) or afternoon (from 14:00 to 22:00 hours). The salary is in accordance with the Metal Industry Collective Agreement. The location is Avilés, Asturias.
