Employment Inclusion Technician

In Molina de Segura (Murcia), a professional is needed to carry out labor market prospecting and inclusion functions for groups with difficulties accessing the labor market. The main tasks include designing personalized employment pathways, delivering skills workshops, and carrying out corresponding follow-up, in addition to conducting individual interviews and coordinating with social entities in the area. For the position, a minimum qualification of a Higher National Diploma in Social Integration or a university degree in Social Education, Social Work, Pedagogy, or Psychology is required. At least three months of experience in guidance with vulnerable groups is also required. Having a disability grade equal to or greater than 33% is valued, and it is necessary to have a driving license and own vehicle. The conditions offer a permanent employment contract, full-time work, with a duration linked to the project but with the possibility of continuity.
