Electromechanic Technician We are looking for you! Every day, Jungheinrich's products and solutions are used to move millions of goods in logistics centers all around the world. For 70 years, we have been supporting our customers at every step with our innovative, safe, and sustainable products, ranging from lift trucks to shelving units, software, and mobile robots. We are looking for a new Electromechanic Technician to join our After-Sales Department. Once in the role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, ensuring that their Jungheinrich equipment is properly installed, maintained, and repaired. Your tasks will include: • Providing technical assistance to customers through phone, email, or on-site visits. • Conducting maintenance and repair work on Jungheinrich equipment. • Identifying and resolving technical issues with our products. • Collaborating with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met. • Maintaining accurate records of all activities performed. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in electromechanical engineering or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in the electromechanical industry, preferably in a technical support role. • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems. • Excellent problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken). • Basic knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) software is an asset.
