We are looking for a new person to join as a Swine Farm Technician for our Mercato Saraceno (FC) site. The search is aimed at both profiles with experience, who will immediately take on the management of activities, and profiles to be trained, who will be introduced through an initial field mentorship program.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Reproductive Management: Heat detection, artificial insemination, pregnancy diagnosis ultrasounds, and feeding curve management.
• Maternity and Weaning Ward: Assistance with critical births, neonatal care (colostrum feeding, litter equalization), weaning coordination, and preparation of sows for the new cycle.
• Health and Welfare: Daily health monitoring, administration of therapies and vaccines as directed by the veterinarian.
• Biosecurity and Hygiene: Adherence to hygiene and quarantine protocols, supervision of cleaning, disinfection, and sanitary downtime of the units.
• Management of farm personnel.

You are the person we are looking for if you have:

• A degree in Animal Production Sciences or Agronomy Sciences (or related fields); potentially also a diploma in agriculture.
• Passion for the livestock sector and a predisposition for working closely with animals.
• Dynamism, organizational skills, and a team-oriented attitude.
• Residency in the province of Forlì - Cesena.
