IT Support Technician

**IT Support Technician** Seeking personnel to join an international IT support team. Main responsibilities include customer support in the United Arab Emirates and Germany, with participation in meetings with project managers. Work will also involve the CRM platform Salesforce to analyze and discuss new functionalities, as well as the use of tools like Gitlab and Kanban and Agile methodologies. Experience with MongoDB and database optimization is required. Candidates must have completed high school, with a Higher Technician in Computer Systems Administration being a plus. A level A2 in English is essential, and knowledge of French or Arabic at the same level will be valued. An indefinite full-time contract is offered, with a daily schedule of 8 hours, preferably from 06:00 to 15:00, adaptable according to the client.
